We’ll call you to talk through your goals, answer your questions and explain how What Ability works. This call can take up to 30 minutes.
Together we’ll create a support plan around your goals, understand your interests, start matching support workers, and get you set up in our system ahead of your first booking!
You'll have a dedicated manager who will build a team of Support Workers around you! They'll also be in touch for your first adventure with What Ability!
We’ll check in after your first booking to hear how it went, make any tweaks, and ensure your support feels just right.
What Ability is an NDIS registered provider built on one simple belief; happiness comes first.
Families choose What Ability because we combine strong safety systems with support workers families actually connect with. We are serious about quality, clear communication and delivering support that feels personal, not clinical.
This is disability support that feels different. And you’ll see it from day one.
We deliver disability support that is safe, social and built around our participants and their families. Our services include:
We operate across Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
We support children, teenagers and adults with a wide range of disabilities and support needs. Every participant has different goals, preferences and strengths. Our job is to build a support team around that.
Whether someone wants to build independence, try new activities, increase social confidence or improve their physical wellbeing, we create supports that make it happen.
We match based on location, goals, personality and interests.
Consistency and team fit always come first. We take the time to understand what matters most so the support feels right, not rushed.
Before any booking begins, our team completes onboarding, inductions and training to ensure everyone is confident, capable and aligned.
