Founded in 2019, What Ability was built with a purpose to put happiness first for people living with disabilities.
We saw an opportunity to build something different. A provider that combines strong safety systems with genuinely engaging support workers who participants connect with and families trust.
Today, What Ability delivers NDIS supports across Community Access, Camps, Respite, Supported Independent Living and Behaviour Supports in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia.
We support children, teenagers and adults living with disability, working closely with parents, guardians and support coordinators to ensure every service aligns with individual NDIS goals.
We are working towards a more inclusive Australia where people living with disability are empowered to live full, connected and opportunity-rich lives, supported by high-quality role models and trusted systems. We are proud to support hundreds of Australian families and remain focused on delivering disability support that is safe, professional and empowering.
Our systems are designed to give families confidence. From onboarding and service agreements to reporting and ongoing reviews, we aim to make the process transparent and supportive from day one. We are not just supporting participants. We are supporting families.
