What Ability began with one simple belief, happiness comes first. From that idea we’ve grown into a national NDIS-registered provider with teams across NSW, QLD, VIC and WA, delivering personalised NDIS support that builds confidence, strengthens community and helps people live life their way.
Our story began on the sporting field, where we saw firsthand how much confidence, teamwork and happiness come from shared experiences. We realised that the same energy, empathy and fun that drive great teams could also change lives in the disability community.
So we brought those worlds together, pairing athletes and support workers with participants to build trust, friendship and independence through activity. Whether it’s a day at the zoo, a weekend at camp, or simply kicking a footy at the park, every moment is about unlocking what’s possible when fun leads the way.

Through our NDIS-registered supports and our charity, What Ability Foundation, we’re working to build an inclusive world and create lifelong memories for families across Australia. From beach days to overnight camps and local sporting games, we believe happiness is the foundation that makes everything else possible.

Our support workers are friendly, active and genuinely love what they do. They’re trained through our NDIS-approved program, but they also understand how to connect, because they enjoy getting out, trying new things and sharing experiences alongside our participants.
We support people aged 5 to 65 living with disability, along with their families, whether you’re just starting your NDIS journey or looking for a provider who truly gets it.
