Allie Smith

Allie Smith is a former elite defender and professional netballer.

She made her debut in 2015 at just 15 years old with the Leopold Football Club in her hometown of Geelong. In 2020, she joined the Melbourne Vixens and rose to the occasion in the grand final, securing a premiership. From 2021 to 2025, she played with the NSW Swifts, continuing to showcase her skill and versatility as a top-level defender.

Off the court, she finds genuine joy in supporting participants and seeing them smile. She’s often said that working at What Ability feels like her calling.
