Mack Horton
Mack Horton is an Australian freestyle swimmer, Olympic gold medalist, World Championships medalist, and Commonwealth games medalist.
Mack first represented Australia internationally at the 2012 Junior Pan Pacific Championships where he broke the meet record in the 1500-meter freestyle. He would go on to break even more records in his career.
At the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio De Janeiro, he finished first in the 400m freestyle, becoming the first male swimmer from Victoria to win a gold medal at the games.
We’re so pumped that Mack has joined the What Ability QLD crew, and is already spending time fishing, drawing and, of course, swimming with participants.
