Renee Tierney

Renee Tierney is an Australian rules footballer playing for the Essendon Bombers in the AFLW.

Prior to joining Essendon in 2022, Renee played for Essendon VFLW and St Mary’s.

While playing for the VFLW, Renee kicked 16 goals in her 12 home and away games and two majors in the Bombers’ victorious VFLW Grand Final.

Renee attended our What Ability Day at AAMI Park, where she had fun teaching participants how to kick a footy. She also loves going on epic days out with our participants including playing pool or going on scenic walks in Melbourne!
