Bookings

How does this work

  1. Request a booking by completing this page.
  2. Your support worker will confirm or decline your request.
  3. After working the booking, your support worker will submit their hours. They may also bill for travel during the booking, but only if they provide transport in their own vehicle.
  4. You can approve the hours or send them back if they aren't quite right. Once they're approved, we'll process the support worker's pay and your invoice.
