Make a splash at Sydney Olympic Park with a swim at the Aquatic Centre. Spend time in the water with your support worker and other participants, with opportunities to build confidence and enjoy an active day in the community.

This NDIS Community Access activity in Sydney supports physical activity, independence and confidence in a community setting. Swimming can also provide opportunities to work towards NDIS goals around physical development, social participation and building everyday skills.

Meet: 10:30am at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre

Out of Pocket Cost: Adult $11, Child $8.80.

NDIS Cost: Standard Community Access support (1:1)

Sensory Considerations: Pool noise, busy areas, water temperature and changing after the swim.
