WHAT WE DO

What Ability exists to bring happiness to people living with a disability. Our support is focused on the participants; from bushwalks to beach days, cafe trips and holiday camps. We believe when happiness comes first, you unlock your potential!

HOW IT WORKS

We provide community-based activities across Sydney: day programs, weekend support and overnight camps. These activities are tailored to participants’ goals and needs. They can look like swimming, bush walks, parks, beaches, recreation centers, and indoor activity facilities. We believe when happiness comes first you unlock their potential.

What Ability is an NDIS registered support service that specialises in community access. We connect you with young, fit and energetic support workers, some of whom are professional and semi-professional athletes.

Luke’s mum

My son Luke attends What Ability. He looks forward in going and comes home happy and excited.

Luke has been to other service providers and What Ability is far more better in providing the wonderful care and great activities especially the Coffee Shop. The Management and Support Workers are awesome very courtesy and polite. I would highly recommend this service for disabilities.

Nick’s mum

My son Nick has used What Ability twice so far, and has really enjoyed the experience.

I have been very pleased with the positivity and professionalism of the support workers and always feel like my son is in safe hands when he leaves for his outing. I would especially recommend for active older children/young adults who enjoy outdoor activities such as bushwalking, going to the park, etc

We have been with What Ability since it first started and seen it grow…

to a whole team! They have taught my daughter life skills, helped her develop friendships and helped her to engage in activities with peers such as accessing beaches, community pools, restaurants, fun parks, flip out, jet skiing, the easter show and camps to name but a few! They have provided us with phenomenal support for both our daughter and our family, when we have needed help with hospital visits and emergency care. We are very grateful to have the support of this amazing company.
