Photo upload guide

Hello support squad! From 31 Jan, we will start uploading booking photos online. The new software is called HIVO 🤖 (Hella Interactive Virtual Operator) and they will help the marketing team sort the participant photo albums!

GOOD NEWS, the process for uploading photos moving forward is even easier! Follow these quick steps (and remember, happy RM, happy life):

1. Upload your booking photos HERE. This will also be saved in your State Whatsapp Channel or you can text the Marketing Phone for it.

2. Click ADD FILES, select your top pics/clips
3. Then click NEXT
4. Type your PARTICIPANT’S NAME/S and select your STATE
5. Click START UPLOAD
6. … and you’re done
