Dan Snow is an Occupational Therapist with over a decade of experience specialising in behaviour support, autism and play. Dan has a wealth of experience mentoring and supporting young therapists and support workers and has a keen interest in leadership and wellbeing.

He is also a qualified Vedic Meditation teacher.

Jake has broad experience as an educator, support worker and leader in the disability sector. He is passionate about creating an inclusive world through education and awareness. Jake has worked with What Ability since the beginning, leading the support worker team and ensuring they’re equipped and supported to provide the best experience for participants and their families.

Erin has over 12 years of experience as a special education teacher. Joining our ranks in 2023, Erin has already led highly engaging information sessions to some of our major partners concerning disability education, community impacts and how everyone can lead with an open mind. As a behaviour support practitioner, Erin is committed to helping our participants be the best version of themselves!
