Our crew are ready to meet you! We’ve built a workforce that supports you with 1:1 support for community access and overnight camps. You’ll have a network of support workers you can call upon when you need it! On your bookings, you can pick from a wide range of activities and join other participants out if you’d like to build and practice your social skills!

Use your NDIS funding to support your personal goals. Our 1:1 rates are set by the current NDIS Guide for social supports, overnight camps (S.T.A.) and Behavioural Supports. We'll build a support plan with you, about you and reviewed by you to ensure we're providing the highest quality of support.

Our Community Feedback
Does What Ability have a type of support entry criteria? As we currently operate, What Ability supports people living with mental health diagnoses, ASD, Intellectual Disability, Anglemans, ABI, Sanfillipo, Downs Syndrome, Fragile X, Kleefstra syndrome, Williams Syndrome, Glass Syndrome and many others.
At this time, we are unable to support participants who rely on a wheelchair full-time while out in the community, particularly those who require manual transfers. Additionally, What Ability does not have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so participants must be able to independently and safely transfer themselves to and from the transport vehicle.
What Ability is not registered to support individuals who require assisted breathing, subcutaneous injections or PEG/tube feeding.
What Ability has implemented these arrangements to prioritise the safety and well-being of our participants. We firmly believe in providing only services for which we are fully equipped, adequately trained, and knowledgeable, ensuring the highest standard of care at all times.
