Our current timeframe for onboarding is 14 business days.

A Positive Behaviour Support Plan aims to develop skills to reduce behaviours of concern for an individual, whilst reducing the use of Restrictive Practices. Plans provide a comprehensive document that identifies individuals strengths, skills and challenges. Plans identify adjustments that can be made to increase an individual’s quality of life and foster independence.

This depends on the individual and their circumstances. This will be discussed during the onboarding meeting.

We will likely collaborate with all stakeholders (e.g. Family, Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, School, Physiotherapists, Dietitian, Nutritionist and MANY MORE) that provide support to an individual. This ensures we are creating a holistic comprehensive plan that takes all aspects of life into consideration.

Check your NDIS plan to see if you have funding for Behaviour Support Intervention.

ABSOLUTELY! Once a plan is developed, support workers will be invited to attend training workshops where they will gain knowledge and skills to maintain consistent implementation of the plan.
